Dennis and Tessa Prieto- Valdez 20th Wedding GAME OF THRONES Themed Anniversary
The horses, the giants, the ball gowns, cosplay costumes, the fire dancers, piliatis dance numbers, bow and arrow show, the opera singers and many more - THE GAME OF THRONES NAILED THEME EVENT in celebration of DENIS & TESSA PRIETO VALDEZ' 20th anniversary was truly epic. I am truly honored to be a part of it together with my choir THE PARA SA IYO CHOIR and my band THE MAIN COURSE (with Len and Emong) I sang with them Tessa's bridal entrance, ROYALS by Lorde (classical version) and THE LORD's PRAYER (Manoling version) and all the church responses.
From a classical singer wearing a classic wardrobe c/o Tessa Prieto, I transformed with her enchanting most gorgeous daring gown I've ever worn in my life (thank God it fitted me! It's a gown that would never be allowed in church) to serenade them with 2 jazz love songs with my band in their reception. I had a blast not just watching such a well organized theatrical show but also was very touched in every speech and wedding vows I've ever heard.
I've sang in many events in my life but it's always been wedding anniversaries such as Tessa's and Denis' that never fails to take my breath away. It's a celebration of LOVE but not just some "love" but UNCONDITIONAL LOVE of a couple who are not just some couple but great public figures. INDEED, it was above all an example of UNCONDITIONAL LOVE that can only be tested in TIME. Not just 1, 3 or 5 years of marriage but 20 fabulous years TOGETHER. THAT's a looot of UNCONDITIONAL LOVE! I am not just honored because it was a once in a lifetime event of famous people with a lot of celebrities and distinguished guests but because people like them exemplifies an honorable affection and dedication in building a family that never stopped by just being a good mother or a father but most of all being a great HUSBAND and a WIFE. It's not just how they celebrated such a rare event but them being one of those rare couples in the world that never stopped striving FOR UNCONDITIONAL LOVE and LOYALTY. Money can easily be spent, but spending 20 years together and still counting is an infinite gift; not just to their children or grand children to be but to all whom they have inspired and continue to inspire.
